The track saw intense qualifying and some epic first-race moments from categories like the GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS, Monochrome GT4 Australia, Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Australasia, Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge, and the Focus First Radical Australia Cup.
Jaxon Evans and Elliott Schutte flexed their muscles in the GT World Challenge Australia, snatching victory from pole after a nail-biting battle with Jayden Ojeda’s Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo. The Realta/Tigani Motorsport duo pushed hard but couldn’t get past Evans. Meanwhile, Black Wolf Motorsport clinched the Am Cup with a resilient recovery from Shane Woodman and Ben Schoots.
In Monochrome GT4 Australia, Method Motorsport returned to form with Tom Hayman and Max Geoghegan, while the Nippy’s Audi R8 GT4 faced a 10-second penalty after a CPS violation. Over in Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Australasia, Antoine Gittany converted pole to victory, fending off Cameron Campbell and Enzo Cheng in a tight finish.
The Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge saw Willie Exton make the most of a Jake Santalucia mistake, winning the race after a dramatic off-track moment from Santalucia. Lachlan Harburg secured the Am Class win.
Finally, Peter Paddon was untouchable in the Focus First Radical Australia Cup, dominating from pole to seal the victory with a strong finish.
